The international computer software company Adobe announced that it forms a strategic partnership with IBM and Red Hat to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen real-time data security for enterprises.

  • The partners will help companies to undergo their digital transformations and move core workloads to the cloud, the entire C-suite is facing a re-framing of their roles to meet customer demands – all while keeping security front and center.
  • The partnerships will deliver meaningful customer experiences with focus on protection of data.

In May 2020, Adobe and ServiceNow announced the availability of its partnership integration, delivering an industry-first solution connecting data from Adobe Experience Platform and ServiceNow’s Customer Service Management workflow product to enable more seamless, connected customer experiences.

In March 2020, Adobe had unveiled the Adobe Digital Economy Index, the first real-time barometer of the digital economy, which analyzes trillions of online transactions across 100 million product SKUs in 18 product categories.
Growing at a faster pace than the economy as a whole, the digital economy has never been more important than during the COVID-19 pandemic as consumers and businesses across the globe grapple with a digital-only reality.

In July 2019, Adobe introduced Adobe Sign for small business, delivering e-signature capabilities that are powerful enough for the enterprise, but tailored to the needs of small business users. According to new research from Adobe, small business employees rank paper-based processes as a top impediment to running their business more efficiently, with 75% reporting that they still sign documents with pen and paper. When combined with other market-leading document technologies, including Adobe Scan and Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Sign for small business helps companies digitize legacy work practices that rely on signatures, like customer onboarding, contracts and approvals, payments and invoices, and much more.
