In order to boost digital manufacturing capabilities, Atos announced to acquire Processia. Canada based Processia, is a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system integrator and Dassault Systèmes Global Service Partner.
- Atos will enhance its capabilities to support manufacturing companies on their transformation journey and adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, in line with its industry-specific strategy.
- Through Processia, Atos will reinforce its PLM and Engineering Solutions franchise, complementing its current offerings of Siemens, PTC and Dassault Systèmes services, and expand the Group’s footprint in North America and in Europe, especially in Belgium, Canada, France, India, the Netherlands, the UK and the US.
- Processia offers consulting, integration and managed services for businesses in the aerospace, automotive, transportation, life sciences, discrete manufacturing and high-tech sectors.

February 2020: Atos announced the completion of its acquisition of Maven Wave, a U.S.-based cloud and technology consulting firm specialized in delivering digital transformation solutions for large enterprises.
