The global private equity firm Warburg Pincus, announced that India based Bharti Airtel will acquire 20% equity stake in its DTH arm Bharti Telemedia for approximately USD 426 million. The proposed deal helps Airtel to gain full control and ownership over Bharti Telemedia.
