Canadian cannabis company Aurora Cannabis, has announced that Aurora has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Hempco Food and Fiber Inc.
Details are provided below:
- With this deal, Hempco is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aurora.
- Hempco will provide access to low-cost, high-volume raw hemp material for the extraction of primarily cannabidiol (“CBD”) and other cannabinoids to Aurora
- Hempco, is a trusted and respected pioneer, innovator and provider of quality, hemp-based foods, hemp fiber, and hemp nutraceuticals
