The Worlds leading e-signature technology company, DocuSign has announced completion of its acquisition of Seal Software, one of the leading contract analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) technology providers.
The acquisition marks another step toward bringing the benefits of AI to the digital transformation of the agreement process. DocuSign Agreement Cloud is company’s suite of applications and integrations for automating and connecting the entire agreement process. With addition of Seal will enhance portfolio, of agreement process through the use of AI-driven analytics and machine learning technology.
DocuSign in February 2020, announced its intent to acquire one of the leading contract analytics and AI technology providers, Seal Software, for approximately $188 million to deliver greater value to customers looking to prepare, sign, act-on and manage the agreements that are critical to their business.
In November 2019, DocuSign announced that it extends Agreement Cloud for Salesforce. The company announced two new solutions that continue to build on its market-leading eSignature offeringthis time in the generation and negotiation of agreements, and the management of the entire contract lifecycle.
As per deal the new products join the existing DocuSign Agreement Cloud for Salesforce offeringsincluding DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce, the highly rated e-signature app on AppExchange that is used by thousands of Salesforce sales reps every day across the world.
