The leading gold producer Endeavour Mining announced completion of the previously announced acquisition of SEMAFO Inc. (Mining Exploration Society in West Africa) for approximately $736 million.
- After completion of deal SEMAFO has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Endeavour.

Endeavour issued a total of 4,507,720 ordinary shares in the capital of Endeavour to La Mancha for aggregate net proceeds of US$100 millionas La Mancha exercised its anti-dilution right in support of the SEMAFO acquisition.
