The digital innovation leader Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Silver Peak, an SD-WAN leader, for approximately $925 million.
- After completion of deal Silver Peak will be combined with HPEs Aruba business unit and will extend Arubas technology leadership in the large and fast-growing SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) space
