Infosys for enterprises business transformation announced the collaboration with SAP. The partners will provide Business Process Transformation-as-a-Service (BPTaaS) to enterprises. With BPTaaS, businesses can benefit from in-depth process analysis during transformation and can benchmark against industry peers to identify potential areas for improvement.

  • Through this collaboration, Infosys will leverage business process intelligence (BPI) from SAP to identify opportunities and obstacles in the transformation journey and create a roadmap for clients.
  • Infosys’ BPTaaS will augment the RISE with SAP offering to reduce complexity and time to benefit as well as accelerate value realization, helping clients reimagine the customer experience – all by leveraging Infosys’ portfolio of Industry Cloud solutions which are a part of Infosys Cobalt.

Aug 2021: In order to boost talent data intelligence, SAP SE has acquired intellectual property of SwoopTalent. The leading software company SwoopTalent has developed an AI-powered platform that combines, analyzes and trains data from disparate HR systems and workflows.

June 2021: To enhance business outcomes, SAP SE announced to create new business communities. The company unveiled its first step toward creating the world’s largest business network with SAP Business Network, which will bring together Ariba Network, SAP Logistics Business Network and SAP Asset Intelligence Network.

Jan 2021: To expand business process intelligence, SAP SE signed an agreement to acquire Berlin based company Signavio. The combination of business process intelligence from SAP and Signavio creates a leading end-to-end business process transformation suite. Signavio has helped optimize over two million processes across the globe.

Oct 2020: The leading consulting and business processing service provider Wipro Limited signed an agreement with ERP software provider SAP SE to deliver SAP Enable Now. After this collaboration, Wipro can offer its clients tailor-made industry and line-of-business-specific learning tutorials and training assets delivered by SAP.

July 2020: The leading energy supplier E.ON in partnership with SAP SE to build a new process and technology platform based on the SAP S/4HANA Utilities solution. The new technology platform will be built for E.ON’s network operations.

May 2020: SAP.iO Fund, an investment arm of SAP SE, has announced an investment in second round funding of Andjaro, a Paris-based company that provides real-time workforce optimization and helps manage and staff remote workers.

May 2020: The leading cloud communications provider Sinch AB had signed an agreement with SAP SE to acquire the SAP Digital Interconnect group for approximately $242 million. SAP’s interconnect services group provides cloud-based communications products and serves to more than 1,500 enterprise customers throughout the world.

March 2020, SAP SE and Accenture launched a co-developed solution for upstream oil and gas companies based on SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Using intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the SAP S/4HANA Cloud solution for upstream oil and gas helps customers to further increase visibility into operations and cash flow.
