To expand frozen food business, Nomad Foods Limited has agreed to acquire Fortenova Groups Frozen Food Business Group (FFBG) for approximately USD 731 million. FFBG offer a broad range of frozen food products including fish, fruits, vegetables, ready meals, pastry and ice cream.
- FFBG is a leading European frozen food portfolio operating in attractive markets new to Nomad, including Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina, Hungary, Slovenia, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
- The acquisition of FFBG will expand Nomads portfolio into this attractive region while creating a strategic platform for further expansion within Central & Eastern Europe.
