World’s leading sunglass and optical frame manufacturer Safilo Group announces the acquisition of approximately 61% equity interest in the Miami-based company Prive Goods, LLC.

In December 2019, Safilo Group had announced the acquisition of a 70% stake in California based Blenders Eyewear LLC. Safilo Group purchased the stake from the company’s founding entrepreneur for $90 million. Earlier in October 2019, Safilo Group, renewed supply agreement with Kering Eyewear. The agreement helps in manufacturing and supply of Gucci branded products. The three-year contract would come into effect starting January 2021, providing complete continuity to the previous contract expiring December 2020.
