The major partnership and acquisition by Salesforce are mentioned below:

February 2020: Salesforce has announced an agreement to acquire Vlocity. Built natively on the Salesforce platform, Vlocity is a leading provider of industry-specific cloud and mobile software solutions to communications, health, media and entertainment, utilities, energy, insurance, and government agencies.

December 2019: Amazon Web Services announced an expansion of global strategic partnership with Salesforce. With the integration of Amazon Connect, Salesforce offers a new Service Cloud Voice to provide contact center agents with a complete set of tools in their agent workspace to deliver enhanced customer service support.

November 2019: Salesforce and Microsoft Corp announced to expand their strategic partnership to help customers meet the evolving needs of their businesses. Salesforce has named Microsoft Azure as its public cloud provider for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Salesforce also builds new integrations that connect Salesforce’s Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with Microsoft Teams.

August 2019: Salesforce has completed the acquisition of Tableau Software for approximately $15.3 billion, bringing together the worldÂ’s top CRM and analytics platform.
