The leading IT services and consulting solution provider Tata Consultancy Services announced an agreement under which TCS will acquire 100% of the shares of Postbank Systems AG (PBS) from Deutsche Bank AG.

  • This will further add to TCS’ scale in Germany and strengthen its growth outlook.
  • PBS is the full-range captive IT service provider that provides project management, application management and infrastructure support services to Postbank and other subsidiaries of Deutsche Bank.
  • PBS and its around 1,500 employees will become part of TCS, deepening the relationship between the two organizations.

In May 2020: The leading IT service provider Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), entered into a strategic partnership with Amway, a global leader in direct selling. The partnership will transform the global technology operations of Amway. The transformed operating model will feature self-healing capabilities, chatbots, self-help and improvement of its service desk mobile app.

In March 2020, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) had been selected by Black Cat Engineering & Construction (BCEC), Qatar’s largest EPC and maintenance contractor for the upstream oil and gas industry, as the strategic partner to drive the latter’s digital transformation and co-innovation strategy.

In February 2020, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced a strategic partnership with Coop Sweden, one of the largest retail and grocery providers in the country, to accelerate its business transformation program, with the introduction of new automation technologies and agile ways of working.
