Aleris acquired by Novelis Inc. a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hindalco, The leading wireless telecommunications provider Cellnex has announced an agreement with Portuguese mobile operator NOS for the acquisition of NOS Towering business. The deal includes approximately 2,000 telecommunications sites, and The leading real estate firm AXA Investment Managers Real Assets announced an agreement with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP (KKR) to acquire 33.33% equity stake in ACCIONA Energía Internacional (AEI). ACCIONA also increases its stake in AEI after deal with KKR.
