The leading telecommunication operator Vodafone Group Plc announces the completion of merger of Vodafone Hutchison Australia Pty Limited (VHA) and TPG Telecom Limited (TPG) to establish a fully integrated telecommunications operator in Australia.
- The merged entity will trade under the name TPG Telecom Limited.
Vodafone and Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia) Limited (HTAL) each own an economic interest of 25.05% in the merged entity, with TPG shareholders owning the remaining 49.9%.
