The fashion and lifestyle platform Zalando, announced its new initiatives to enhance the luxury customer experience. The company wants to deepen its customer relationships by adding new high-end brands, such as Roksanda and Marchesa.

  • Zalando also plans to expand Victoria Beckham and Moschino lines.
  • The premium assortment is currently home to 260 brands. Furthermore, the company is renaming the “Premium” category “Designer” as it is more reflective of the range of products.
  • The company will launch a dedicated marketing campaign with the concept “Real life luxury”.

In May 2020, Zalando, announced that it will sell masks & profits will donated to humedica. Zalando’s textile masks will be available to buy on the Zalando Fashion Store in all 17 markets. The masks help to reduce respiratory droplet transmission, for example when coughing, and visibly strengthen awareness around social distancing.

In February 2020, Zalando, had opened its third fulfillment center in Poland. The ramp up marks an important milestone in Zalando’s logistics network expansion with two Polish fulfillment centers serving Zalando’s growing customer base and one logistics site taking care of Zalando Lounge deliveries.
